INTRODUCING OUROPTICOOL SYSTEM

Our OPTICOOL system is an energy efficiency system designed to optimize chiller operations and lower power consumption by 15% using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning

It utilizes ASHRAE and AHRI standards for conditioned space to reduce the HVAC power consumption without compromises to comfort or functionality:

All data from the Chillers, Ambient Sensors, Digital Power Meters, Air Handling Units (AHU) & Fan Coil Units (FCU) is captured, recorded, shared and centralized by the OPTICOOL Control Box and is transfered to the OPTICOOL Monitoring Station

The User can monitor the status of each Chillers, Air Handling Unit (AHU) & Fan Control Unit (FCU) as well as view the OPTICOOL AI performing its calculations with the Real-Time Data gathered by the Sensors to communicate with the chillers interface cards for the Optimum running operations based on current building occupants.

The heart of the OPTICOOL system is a proprietary software system incorporating Internet of Things (IoT), Machine Learning (ML), Neural Network (NN) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) developed over two decades.

Temperature and Relative Humidity (RHT) transmitters are placed inside and outside the building;

•Resistance Temperature Device (RTD) installed in chilled water pipes

•Power meters installed to provide accurate chiller power and consumption

An industrial controller running the OPTICOOL software via Internet Of Thing (IOT) communication to all field devices mentioned above and an interface supplied, installed, tested and commissioned by the chiller manufacturer connected to the chiller microprocessor
